PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 

New - Modern 2-story Cape Cod style, 3,100 sq. ft. of luxury. Decorated with authentic southwestern furnishings that will keep your attention for hours. A large wrap around verandah that overlooks 8 acres of lush greenery and oceanfront views at the mouth of the beautiful St. Ann's Bay.

All windows in this B&B offer picturesque views of either ocean or woods of plenty.

For your comfort and relaxation serious investments have been made for bedding,linens and furnishings. Each guest suite is decorated in it's own unique decor.

The Safari Suite has ample sitting areas for lounging or just reading a book quietly.

The Tropical Suite will make you feel as if you were in the Islands. Both suites have their own satellite TV'S, DVD,VCR'S and also each has it's own window seating area for that special morning sunrise ocean view.

Both guest suites have a private bath, Tropical Suite has  w/whirlpool bath, shower and large vanity/sink area. Safari Suite has private  bath w/shower only.

All apartment suites, Nautical, Far East & Garden are very large. These suites all have queen beds, living area's w/tv,dvd,vcr. All suites beautifully decorated. Large baths w/shower/whirpool tubs, kit. & sink area w/micro-waves & ref./freezer, dining area, private terraces that all overlook the ocean. 

Full Cooked to Order Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 am - 10 am, and guests may enjoy eating in our cozy dining room, oceanview sunroom, oceanview nook or outside beauty on our spacious verandah that overlooks the ocean, garden areas or lush woodlands.

Take the Trans Canada Highway 105 East to exit 11 longer route (St. Ann's Scenic route) or exit 12 -  shorter route via the Englishtown Ferry. Take the Ferry across to the Cabot Trail. We are located about 8 miles from theEnglishtown Ferry on right oceanside . If coming from the Ferry look for Piper's Campground, we are 2 miles Norh across from the Milling Frolic Gift Shop. If you are coming from the South from Ingonish, look for the Clucking Hen Cafe we are 1/4 mile on your left. Look for North Shore sign and we are about 1/4 mile on your right. Look for address 45227 & Sea Parrots at the entrance.

PET KENNEL & AMMENITIES:

Full indoor kennel facilities w/heat, water, platform beds,separate kennel cages with bedding.

Also a full excercise fenced dog run area with a large swing door.

Also a large sundeck area for a great place to enjoy the ocean and woodland views of wildlife (seals and eagles).
