“Nice base for exploring Cape Breton”
FIVE STARS RATED

My family of four stayed in one of the Sea Parrot cottages for a few nights during our August Nova Scotia vacation. The cottage was very new and up-to-date, and had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer. We had our own walkway down to the ocean and our own gazebo which was lovely for dining by the water. We liked that the beach was very quiet --often there were no other people in sight! Lonnie was always available to answer questions and had great recommendations. If you stay here, be sure to get her advice on all of the Cape Breton activities and restaurants.

“Loved it..gracious hosts..wonderful experience”
OMG! where does one begin...
Lonnie and Roy are gracious, warm inviting hosts....her breakfasts are to die for....eggs, waffles, french toast, fruit, baking, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices...
We had the most wonderful 5 night stay. The property is on the ocean...with room to roam..and have your own space. I spent my days lying in the hammock...reading my book, and watching the grey seals swimming and feeding in the ocean. You can walk for miles along the rocky shore without a soul in sight.
Smaller then a resort, bigger then a B&B...soak on the hot tub...sit by the fire....you can bring your pup too...they have a kennel...you'll never want to leave...
Make sure to go have lunch or dinner up the road at the Clucking Hen. Home cooking. Just perfect.

“Spectacular views, great breakfasts at Sea Parrot”

I recently spent two nights at the Sea Parrot Oceanview Manor. This B&B consists of five suites and two one-bedroom cottages, all with great ocean views. The hosts are gracious and attentive to every detail. Breakfast consists of fresh fruit, homemade breads, and cooked to order entrees, including blueberry pancakes and belgian waffles. You can spend your days lying in a hammock and enjoying the ocean breeze, or exploring Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Considering the other accomodations available in Cape Breton, this B&B is an excellent value.
